Acting as a trusted advisor, the specialist is responsible for developing account strategies, identifying revenue opportunities, and delivering data-driven recommendations that maximize merchant performance and business outcomes.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
The Account Management Specialist is expected to operate independently, lead strategic merchant conversations, influence decision-making, and drive the adoption of Tabby's full product suite. The role also plays a key part in cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects that support broader business objectives.
