Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned Named Accounts and develop H3C Brand.
  • Generate and manage a robust, qualified, and predictable sales pipeline.
  • Lead public tenders, framework-based projects, and complex commercial bids.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver winning proposals (RFPs, RFIs, tenders, commercial offers).
  • Strengthen and activate the local and national partner ecosystem.
  • Negotiate commercial terms to achieve win-win, long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in ICT/IT infrastructure sales (Public Sector and/or Enterprise).
  • Strong background selling Networking, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud and/or AI solutions.
  • Solid understanding of public procurement and tender environments.
  • Spanish and English working proficiency....
