Account Manager — Based in Finland or Estonia

Fractory is changing the way manufacturing works and we need sharp, driven Account Managers to grow with us.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, builds strong customer relationships, and knows how to spot opportunities others miss. You’ll manage and grow an account base of engineering clients, working closely with our technical and commercial teams to keep deals moving and value high.

The Finnish market is growing fast; our value offering works, and the foundation is strong. Now we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership and scale it further. If you’re driven by targets and excited to grow something that’s already working, this is your role.
