Role Overview

The Commercial Banking Account Manager is a trusted advisor who, with sensitivity to the client’s operating environment, structures and packages practical and competitive solutions that demonstrate an understanding of their unique financing, cash management and business support needs.

Responsibilities

  • Structure credits and address perceived risk by completing necessary due diligence, establishing pricing and terms of credit, and producing ongoing credit reviews and risk ratings.
  • Broadly develop and enhance relationships with existing customers by cross‑selling relevant and value‑added financial products and services.
  • Build new relationships through customer referrals and other sources, cultivating relationships with key external referral sources and participating in industry and community activities.
