ACCOUNTABILITY:
The Account Manager, Lubrizol Life Science – Beauty and Home care will be accountable for the continued growth and development of Lubrizol’s life science - Beauty and Home Care business within Indonesia, this role requires an in-depth understanding of the market, the ability in building relationship and understanding the unmet needs of the customers and aligning these with Lubrizol’s solutions. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be accountable for the short term and long-term development and growth of Lubrizol’s Life Sciences - Beauty and Home care portfolio within the territory. 

Autonomously maintaining and enhancing the relationship with our customers within your territory.

Develop and maintain close working relationships with multiple contacts within the customers’ organization. This includes developing and refining key account plans.
