Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to support and grow key accounts as part of our expansion in IT staffing and workforce solutions. Reporting to the Business Unit Owner, this role focuses on account growth, client delivery, and business development execution, with strong exposure to enterprise and government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Business Development Support
Support the Business Unit Owner in developing and implementing business strategies to penetrate key accounts, with a strong focus on government and enterprise clients.
Leverage an established network to rapidly scale the business, identify and secure new opportunities—including tenders, managed services, and large-scale staffing projects.
Manage and grow assigned client accounts by understanding hiring needs and delivering timely, effective staffing solutions.
