Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Conversion : Support prospective clients throughout the onboarding process from lead to approved live account. Guide clients through their First‑Time Deposit (FTD) journey and encourage trading activity from the outset.
- Retention & Reactivation : Reconnect with dormant or low‑activity accounts and maintain proactive contact with existing clients to drive engagement, funding and long‑term loyalty.
