We're growing and adding more talent to help fulfil this valuable mission.ResponsibilitiesThis full‐time position (10 a.M. – 6 p.M. EST) oversees a team of key account managers who leverage the entire Slice platform to serve our most critical shops.
You will manage a small portfolio of Key Accounts, handle escalations, cancellations, and customer complaints, and ensure shop partners receive timely, proactive, and solutions‐oriented support that exceeds their expectations.
