Proactively prospect and acquire new clients through direct salesDevelop and implement sales service strategies to achieve sales targetsEnsure that all new and renewal business, mid-term amendments, and general inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.Develop and manage new/existing SME accountsManage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term successProactive management, supervision, and monitoring of an existing pool of accounts to achieve optimum cross-selling opportunitiesSuccessfully master all operational challenges in the sales and delivery process for clientsOwn the relationship with individual, small, and medium size clients and ensure great customer journey throughoutAct as a Deputy for colleagues/Account Executives when they are absentSupport Account Executives to ensure full compliance with the placement process
