- Independently manage customer accounts, including dispute resolution.
- Provide expert support in claims processing and revenue recovery.
- Train and mentor junior team members in customer service best practices.
- Analyze and resolve escalated customer complaints and financial issues.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Supports development and execution of strategic communications plans, key messages, programs and campaigns to support business objectives using research/analytics.
