Account Specialist (Maternity Leave)

Your mission

As an Account Specialist, you will be the key link between the company and our clients . Your goal will be to ensure an excellent customer experience, support the growth of key accounts, and guarantee smooth order, delivery, and payment processes.

You will work closely with internal teams and customers to drive sales, solve issues efficiently and build long-term business relationships

Customer service & business support

Build strong relationships with customers and act as their main point of contact .

Provide business insights and recommendations to help clients improve their sales performance.

Share relevant information about Desigual: products, campaigns, sales guide (VM, KPIs and sale-out tools), marketing actions to support sell-out.

Ensure customers have everything they need to successfully sell the brand.
