Job Description

Summary
The Accountant- Acquisitions & Integration will lead the accounting for business acquisitions, including the valuation of intangible assets, contingent consideration, and the opening balance sheet entries. The position partners closely with Corporate Development and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment and timely month-end and quarter-end close activities related to acquisitions.
Key Job Responsibilities 
Lead and perform purchase price allocations (PPA) for new acquisitions. This includes attention to detail and technical knowledge of specialized accounting standards. Identify and value intangible assets, and documentation of defensible assumptions
Record and monitor detailed Work-in-Progress (WIP) entries related to acquisition and integration activities
