Eram Talent is looking for a meticulous and reliable Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of all accounting transactions. The Accountant/Bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records and supports reporting, payroll, and analysis to enable sound financial management and timely decision-making. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role owns day-to-day bookkeeping including journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. It prepares periodic financial statements and management reports, processes payroll and related statutory deductions, supports budgeting and cashflow tracking, monitors expenses against budget, and assists with audits, tax filings, and compliance. The role also provides financial analysis and insights to support operational and commercial decisions, coordinating cross-functionally with HR on payroll and with operations on budgets.
