Job Description
A reputable and well-established engineering consultancy company is looking for an experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper with strong financial acumen and attention to detail to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general administrative duties within the finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks including billing forecasts, invoicing, and statements.
- Manage and report on debtors and collections.
- Handle petty cash and credit card allocations and monthly reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general office administration.
