Accountant / bookkeeper

Overview

Our client, a well-established business within the hospitality industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper to join their Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has strong hands-on experience with day-to-day financial processing, order tracking, invoicing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate accounting records on Xero. A key focus of the position will be reconciling point-of-sale transactions, particularly Yoco sales, against banking and accounting records.

What you will bring Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field (advantageous). Minimum 2 to 3 years' bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably within hospitality, retail, or a similar high-transaction-volume environment.
