Job Description

Responsible to manage daily reporting function for the all the entities in Ghana
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

DAILY REPORTING
Summary of Daily report.

Review of inventory (QV)

Bank reconciliations

DSO&DPO (Aging)

Mass balance review

Daily sales report for management

Assist commercial team on cost/margin reviews
ASSISTANCE TO THE FINANCE CONTROLLER
Month End Reporting:
Review of fixed cost

Review of COGS, Varex and Sales

Loading other information/statistical data in HFM (Headcount, Market Share, Service Stations, Terminal Capacity, Airport Capacity, etc.
Budget & Planning:
Consolidate the budget numbers from the team and load in HFM

Full P&L budget; reviewing budget numbers & assumptions from the team
