Accountant – Execution Affairs

Job Description

The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department (the Department) is seeking to recruit an Accountant at Execution Affairs at the Support Services Directorate to perform duties relevant to accounting in relation to judgments and writs of execution, ensuring compliance with financial laws and bylaws applicable in the Government of Dubai.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Review statements of execution in terms of calculation according to judgments and other writs of execution.
• Recalculate and review the financial values associated with the execution.
• Follow up the paid amounts in the execution files, remaining amounts and financial transfers, and review electronic registers that include money movements associated with the execution.
• Review the submitted requests and installment plans, submit alternative plans and follow up the payment procedures.
