Senior Accountant (FACT System/JSOX Audits) Responsibilities Manage the full set of accounts for two entities, including preparation and submission of actual results and financial reports for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing to Japan HQ. Oversee the complete financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to both management and HQ within established deadlines. Review and manage balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and confirmations. Administer company assets, including fixed asset additions, disposals, depreciation, and asset verification. Prepare forecasts and budgets, with supporting documentation, justifications, and detailed commentaries. Compile audit and tax schedules, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents on all audit and tax-related matters. Handle statutory reporting including quarterly GST filing, Withholding Tax submissions, XBRL filings for ACRA, and responses to government statistics surveys. Conduct JSOX audit...
