Accountant

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process all payment transactions for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to support construction phases
• Ensure all treasury-related disbursements are completed within defined SLAs to maintain seamless project support.
• Coordinate closely with the Treasury team Head Office to monitor fund availability and ensure project-related disbursements are fully funded
• Project Cost Control: Track and consolidate all project-related expenditures to provide a comprehensive view of financial health, performing regular reconciliations against established cost sheets to proactively identify and report potential cost overruns or plan deviation
• Execute the full lifecycle of fixed assets by recording acquisitions, calculating depreciation, and maintaining Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and a seamless capitalization process once projects are ready for use
