We provide hauling services across the western provinces, Ontario and the northern United States. We specialize in grain, fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) hauling.
Responsibilities
- Processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring all payments are received and paid in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payroll for all staff and Lease Operators.
- Prepare and file T4s, T4As, Record of Employments, and WCB (Multi‑Jurisdictional).
- Prepare and file GST, Source Deduction Remittances, PST, and IFTA.
- Compile and prepare year‑end working files and send to accounting firm for review.
- Work with management to ensure all permits are purchased as necessary.
