Responsibilities Assists the Branch Head of Analysis & Reporting by providing professional accounting oversight of Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) programs. Interprets and evaluates general guidelines and references for local application to specific problems and advises MCCS managers on changes to accounting systems and program operations.
