Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of either US GAAP or UK Accounting Principles (IFRS/UK GAAP), providing accurate, timely financial data to support our business growth. This role involves managing accounts, ensuring tax compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to management.

Job Responsibilities Financial Record Management: Accurately record daily financial transactions, including expenses, revenue, and invoices in the general ledger. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements, in compliance with US GAAP or UK GAAP/IFRS. Reconciliation & Compliance: Perform bank reconciliations, monitor AP/AR, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, or UK tax regulations.
