- Mathematics taken in high school
- Minimum of 5 years' full function accounting experience
- Experience working on Xero is essential
- Property industry experience highly advantageous
- Full accounting function for multiple property companies including:
- Processing transactions
- Reconciling all accounts
- Preparing management accounts
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Invoice tenants through Re-Leased and follow up on outstanding payments
- Manage cash flow, budgets, and monthly reporting
- Prepare audit packs and liaise with external auditors
