ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Use Xero System to process and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately
• Organize and maintain accounting records and files to support audit readiness
• Prepare GST filings and audit schedules to ensure regulatory compliance
• Generate financial reports to provide clear insights into company finances
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities
• Perform general administrative and finance-related tasks when required

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Admin, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in handling full set of accounts independently
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
