Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Full spectrum of the Financial, Accounting and Consolidation functions;
- Ensure timely submission of monthly financial reports;
- Perform proper analysis of accounts to ensure that entries into the financial accounts are appropriate;
- Preparation of costing report on ad-hoc basis;
- Assist Finance Manager in preparation of budget or forecast;
- Ensure that accounting transactions are only included in the financial reports if they had been properly documented and approved;
- Oversee and provide leadership to accounting team on day to day accounting function;
- Ensure that necessary statistical reports to the authorities are prepared and returned to the relevant authorities in a timely manner;
- Proper reporting of GST and assist in answering taxation queries;
- Provide support to the superior(s) in analysis and study of ad-hoc projects;
