Job Description
The Finance Administrator will work closely with the Financial Manager to support the overall financial health of the organisation. The incumbent will be responsible for strategic input, maintaining detailed business records, and preparing for audits. They will also ensure that all entities remain compliant with current laws, regulations, and confidentiality policies.
Responsibilities
- Debtors management
- Creditors management
- Daily cash-ups
- Bank processing and reconciliations
- Petty cash handling
- Stock control
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Solid understanding of IFRS
- Experience in Pilot and Sage Intacct will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Good problem-solving aptitude
