  Overview 
 
  Responsibilities 
 Responsible for all movement in the factory to read it into the system (IFS)
 Read Main Line and Small Line (Woolworths) runs on IFS.
 Maintaining financial records and reports.
 Monthly management statements and related reporting.
 Budget and cash flow projections.
 Maintaining asset registers.
 Accounting management of inventory.
 Cost variance analyses.
 Processing of management accounting functions.
 Handling, preparation and submission of reports to Statutory bodies (VAT returns, PAYE 
 Support of financial audits.
 Drawing up financial statements.
 General financial administration.
  Requirements:  
 B. Com Rec degree in financial accounting or management accounting.
 Equivalent qualification with completed clerkship.
