About the Role
Throne Properties is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant with experience in UAE real estate accounting, VAT compliance, and hands‑on knowledge of Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts using Zoho Books
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Handle UAE VAT returns and FTA compliance
- Manage rental income, service charges, deposits, and reconciliations
- Support RERA‑related financial requirements and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Certifications will advantage)
- 2–4 years of UAE accounting experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Zoho Books
- Proficiency in Excel
