Tasks
Process accounting documents in line with procedures, accounting principles, chart of accounts, and cost center structures

Verify and obtain required approvals in accordance with internal procedures

Initiate creation and updates of vendor master data in accounting systems
Monitor and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve open items

Analyze discrepancies between expected costs and incoming invoices; initiate corrections in internal systems or via supplier debit notes

Estimate and post accruals and provisions
