+ Taking active part in transition of processes between Local Team and GBS organization: participating in workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, SOP preparation, contacting: clients, business partners & Global HUB.
+ Proactive initiative of standardizing the new processes to a common shape in cooperation with RTR experts
