We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Specialist to support FOX's operations in Mexico.This position is in Mexico City and will support Fox's local operations related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.This role will focus on assisting with onboarding new vendors and customers, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and verifying statutory compliance requirements to ensure timely processing of invoices.A strong understanding of electronic invoicing standards (CFDI and SAT) is required.Experience with Coupa, Graphite, and Workday is a plus.This role requires professional command of Spanish and English.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Process and validate supplier invoices in compliance with tax and regulations in Mexico.Includes ensuring that all CFDI documentation is correct and complies with SAT standards.Assist with accounts receivable process, which includes verifying that customer invoices are in compliance w...
