Job Description
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and preparation of accounting schedules
- Check and file all accounting documents
- Writing transactions on books of accounts
- Prepare and file tax returns
- Prepare financial statements, payroll and other reports as required
- Prepare monthly premium contributions, loans, etc
- Perform fieldwork as needed
- Provide assistance in accounting work and administrative functions as may need by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
