A local real estate company is seeking an accountant to manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports, and assist in project cost forecasting. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the accounting field. Strong communication skills and experience in the real estate industry are advantageous. The position is based in Brgy. Pinagkaisahan, Makati City.
