Job Description

Description DUTIES

Provide timely and accurate payment processing by processing a A/P checks
Develop and maintain reports and files in QuickBooks and Excel
Investigate and resolve all A/P related irregularities
Assist with monthly closing procedures including all A/P accrual reporting
Assist in the preparation of Aging Reports
Inquire/Distribute statements to customers to reduce past due issues
Provide customer service by timely responding to questions from vendors concerning payments and queries by colleagues concerning invoices and payments
Reconcile A/R Inventory Reports on a bi-monthly or monthly basis
Input A/R data into Excel and QuickBooks for assigned customers
Generate invoices for both domestic and international customers as assigned
Log into customer portal’s to acquire required payment data for assigned customers
General Accounting Department duties such as filing, scanning, etc.
