Accounting Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to support daily financial operations for a restaurants and catering organization in Greensboro, North Carolina. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys accurate, high-volume transactional work and can manage both payables and receivables with consistency. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to banking activities, spreadsheet-based reporting, and routine financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documentation, and prepare payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain customer billing records, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances to support healthy cash flow.
• Record daily financial transactions and update accounting information in QuickBooks and related tracking tools.
