We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk / DMV Title Clerk who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy and compliance.  What You’ll Do Motor Vehicle / Title Processing Process new and used vehicle registrations Prepare tax and title documents accurately Submit legal transfer paperwork to the DMV in a timely manner Compliance & Verification Verify all funds are collected before processing titles Ensure lienholders are properly paid off Maintain compliance with all state and dealership requirements Reporting & Reconciliation Prepare monthly reports on outstanding title work Reconcile title schedul...
