Monitor all purchases and payments made by the company and ensure that accounts balances properly reflects the company’s operation. Ensure that all expenses were properly recorded and match the reported revenues for a given period.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process all company’s payables, supported by properly approved purchase orders, invoices and check requests.
• Responsible for monitoring payments to all supplies considering their respective terms and conditions of payments. Recognize units received from other dealer, proper matching of units swapped with other dealer and closure of related accounts.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
