In this role, you can expect to:
Documentation Review and Testing:Execute the testing of documentation to evaluate the design and effectiveness of ICFR and to ensure it aligns with SOX requirements.Assist in conducting process and control walkthroughs.Assess the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documentation submitted for SOX compliance.Identify discrepancies or errors in documentation, assessing if discrepancies are control deficiencies and identify the impact of the discrepancyWork with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans to address and rectify discrepancies and control deficiencies.Process Management:Maintain a systematic approach for documentation testing.Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely submission and accuracy of documentation.Maintain records of all testing activities, findings, and resolutions in a...
