Accounting & Finance Executive

Role Overview We are looking for a Finance Head to lead the financial, legal, and regulatory operations of our impact-first investment fund (pending SEBI registration). Working closely with the Partners, this role will be responsible for fund compliance, investor servicing, deal execution support, and coordination across Indian and offshore structures. Key Responsibilities Manage SEBI and statutory filings (periodic, event-based) with external advisors Coordinate PPM updates and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment across India and offshore structures Drive investor onboarding (agreements, KYC, side letters) Execute capital calls, investor reporting, and disclosures Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on fund accounting, financial statements, audit processes and compliance certifications.
