Basic Salary: £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Role:
Develop and maintain relationships with accounting & finance firms across the North West region

Focus on permanent placements from newly qualified through to Partner level

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement

Build your own portfolio while working with an established client base

Contribute to the team's growth strategy and mentor junior consultants
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in public practice recruitment, with at least 3 years' experience
