Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in line with Owners Association (OA) and Master Community requirements.
• Establish and oversee robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to Owners Committees, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes for diverse HOA environments.
• Approve and monitor service charge invoices, collections, and allocations.
• Oversee GL reconciliations, AR/AP, and bank statements.
