Accounting Manager (Capital Markets)

Purpose of the job

Manage a portfolio of structured finance and debt clients, delivering accurate accounting records, complex financial statements, and high‑quality management accounts. You’ll review and guide junior team members, oversee key reconciliations and reporting, and ensure all client deliverables meet required standards and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and administration for an allocated client portfolio
• Prepare final bookkeeping entries and complex financial statements (LUX GAAP / IFRS)
• Review reconciliations, interim reporting, distribution workings, interest accruals
• Oversee VAT/TAX returns and regulatory reporting
• Coach and supervise Accountants and Junior Accountants
• Liaise with clients and auditors to ensure timely delivery
