Job Description
Responsibilities
- 1. Financial Planning and Reporting
- Oversee the planning, organizing, and directing of all aspects of the accounting department, including budget preparation and financial forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other management analysis reports.
- 2. Accounting Control and Compliance
- Develop and manage a robust accounting control system to ensure all accounting functions comply with accounting principles and government regulations.
- Manage and process employee payroll to ensure that employees are paid securely.
- Ensure adherence to Philippines Financial Reporting Standards and company procedures, maintaining accuracy in all financial information and data.
- Application and processing of PEZA-related documents
- 3. Financial Management
