Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment processing.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff for professional growth.
- Coordinate annual audits and assist in tax preparations.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, CPA or non-CPA
- Experience Level: minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing companies.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in overall tax, general accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and tax reporting.
