Accounting Manager

A well-known large condominium property management company is looking for a Accounting Manager to perform following responsibilities Supervise a team of property accountants : receivable , payable, GL Review financial statement packages Approve GL and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review working papers for budgets and financial packages Manage investment Reserve and Operating fund investment analysis Manage banking , cashflow and treasury analysis Manage corporations properties contracts and budgets along with Property Managers and Board Coordinate with auditors Requirements
