Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Maintain compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the President
