We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with hands‑on experience in tax filing and compliance. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations while ensuring accurate and timely submission of tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, percentage tax)
• Assist in compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations and deadlines
• Generate and process invoices, receipts, and journal entries
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory contributions
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when needed
