Accounting Specialist

Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Google sheets)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor outstanding payables and ensure payments are made according to agreed terms.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records, including invoices, payments, and vendor files.
• Receive, review, and verify invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Track and monitor expenses and ensure proper classification
