Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Accounting Specialist to support our growing sales organization and working remotely during the eastern US time zone. This role is pivotal in enabling the sales team to close deals efficiently while maintaining operational excellence and ensuring compliance with internal policies and margin goals.
The Deal Desk Specialist will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to structure deals, manage approvals, and streamline the quote-to-close process. This role requires a strong understanding of pricing, discounting, contract terms, and deal governance best practices.
