Job Description
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensureaccurateandtimelyfinancial operations.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian accounting standards, IFRS, and corporate accounting policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing required documentation and follow-ups.
- Present financial results, insights, and reports in English to global senior management.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
